@ANNIEOVER: Then your mods are still active. Did you rename the folder and then try or did you put everything back before you tried ?

5. Was she a Sim you put in the bin before or after Seasons ? The bill issue is not fixed and it's possible that there are new reasons for stuck bills. I'll add. Those can only be removed with a mod.
6. Not sure. Are your room mates cooking a lot ?
No need to reinstall the game. You can try the factory reset described on page one instead or maybe you can fix it without even having to do that.

Tweeted with SimGuruBritt about the perfomance decrease and only traits should have an influence how fast it decreases, not skills.
