University Life Bug thread

1. Are you using any Custom Content or mods ? sims store items
2. If you are using mods, are you using any of the 'big ones' like Awesome Mod or Twallan’s mods n/a
3. If you're not using mod, did you never use them or did you take them out for the EP (as you are supposed to do) not using
4. Did you update the mods you put back with a compatible version ? n/a
5. Do you have University Life or just the Patch ? UL and Patch
6. Which Patch Level are you at ? 1.50
7. Did you start a new game or are you playing an existing ones ? new games
8. Did you transfer an existing Sim over or are they new/Pre-Made ? new
9. What town are you currently playing ? EA or Custom ? Monte Vista
10. What is your Operating System (Mac, XP, Vista, Win 7) Win 7
11. Do you have the download or DVD Version of the game. Using the d/l copy from Origin
Had a lot of little bugs. Main bug that I'm hoping someone knows how to fix - bill stuck in inventory. Sims came home after graduating from their first degree. Picked up their mail on the way home. Sims got home, and there was a bill in one sims personal inventory. Nothing can be done about it. Clicking on it doesn't bring up any options. Mailbox doesn't have a pay option. Went back to college for second degree. Lived in same house - tried to pay bill there. Still nothing. Bill seems permanently stuck in inventory.
I've also had the moving bug with my first set of sims. Got to University and no sims were in the game.
Another minor bug - built a house to play using edit mode in the University Town. When I tried to move in the first time, it wouldn't let me move in. I could rent other preset homes, but that one cost too much. The rent was only 1500 per month, but it wouldn't let me move in until I came back with enough cash to buy the house (60k). It didn't take the cash, but I couldn't rent it until I had more than that amount in my family funds.
Teeny tiny weirdness - got a sim wish to go to the quad to give a lecture for extra credit. Couldn't find a lectern to use (but all is well - build/buy took care of the problem)
