UPDATE 9-2-20 Has your Sims 3 game been affected by the recent pixilation issues?

I'm going to go ahead and say, since updating to 1909 on a NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1650, I have noticed the banding and pixilation...and it's freaking bad:
