Wardrobe Issue please help

My sim is a lifeguard in Island Paradiso and at first when she changed into her work uniform is was the red bathing suit with white lifeguard tshirt over it but then all of a sudden one day when she changed instead of the above uniform it is now a chiefs outfit and it is really annoying to watch her run around the beach surveying in a chief outfit and hat. When she rescues someone she'll change into her red lifeguard bathing suit but once out of the water and the rescues over it's back to the chief uniform. I also have another sim in the house who is a Sports Agent and she has always from the beginning changed into a plain white shirt and boy shorts with no shoes (looks more like she's going to bed and not to work) and a different hairstyle that I don't want on her. She has maxed the SA career and yet her uniform has never changed from that. How do I fix these two glitches and get them into their correct uniforms? Please help.
