Weird clothing glitch?

have you downloaded clothing from the exchange ? as you may unknowingly have downloaded some bad CC first thing to try though is to see if just that outfit is corrupt as it can happen with work clothes the game assigns the sim , sims have become invisible or go underground take your sim to a dresser-plan outfit if she has more than one delete the extras if you did download some clothing that may be bad CC check this thread tons of tips and how to's

I had downloaded clothing from the exchange in the past, and it was all fine and dandy. It all fell apart when i had to download sims again with origin. I will try to do what you said and see if that works.
Another problem that I have been having is the game freezes all the time. Everything freezes but like the water and the little sims symbol thing above the sim.
that is another know issue the plumbobs , the trees will still move then suddenly after a few mins it's back to normal on occasion it can be a stuck sim or animal
use the ctrl+shift+c then in the menu bar type in resetsim * hit enter that will send all sims and pets back to a safe state
