Weird texture everywhere in my world

Question

Hello, I am not sure if this is the place for this so excuse me if it is not. I am trying to figure out what in the world this texture is thats plauging my world. Ive tried removing CC, reinstalling CC, playing completely without, new saves, different words, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, nothing seems to change. It was not always like this either just started happening recently. Every photo except the bottom one is completely CC free and in sunset valley, again ive tried tons of different worlds. Ive also deleted my sims 3 folder and started fresh. No fix. Any help would be appreciated!

Vegasquxxxn&nbsp; After removing the cc, did you change the affected flooring or wallpaper?&nbsp; If not, please try that now.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please try a clean user folder. &nbsp;Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents &gt; Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. &nbsp;When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. &nbsp;(Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) &nbsp;Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and have a look around.&nbsp; If everything is fine, you can copy over one of your existing saves and test that too.
