⁠[FIXED] [⁠PS/XB] Unable to toggle full room/single placement for wallpaper

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.76.4.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All content installed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In BB mode try and place a strip or a room of wall covering or flooring.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can only place a single tile of flooring or wall covering. Non of the functions/actions work.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to paint or add flooring in single movement or by filling the room.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Patch 1.69 caused occasional problems placing floor tiles but that was only sporadic and only outdoors I think if I remember correctly. Patch 1.76 caused both to stop working altogether both indoors and outdoors.

I can't find any similar bug reports for this so my apologies if I missed it elsewhere.

Edit: I should add that the new tile rotate function does work but it's the new action for placing multiples that isn't working for me. But it also could be worth mentioning that the new CAS shortcuts with up/down buttons don't work for me either, I don't really use them but it was just to test new control functionality. So it's as if the new controls haven't registered with my console. However with the previous controller changes in patch 1.69 I had a problem where my Consoles both Series S and Series X switched between old and new control functionality which I reported on a separate thread. So again it's as if new functions aren't staying put if that makes sense.
