I can almost confirm that the problem is happening in Brindelton Bay. I have two off the grid lots there and it seems others are having the same issues as well. When I was playing in Sulani, I didn't have these issues. Something to do with the rain and cats and dogs seems to be an issue. I did download mc command center and that is my only cc, however others who don't have cc downloaded are alos having this issue and that doesn't seem like the problem.
