I agree. I realise this is the best way to level up you handiness, but man it can get so annoying. In 10 minutes of gameplay I had a toilet, sink, fridge and kotatsu table break.
The most annoying one is the kotatsu table. That one is breaking every real life 10 minutes.
For anyone willing to use mods I'm recommending Scumbumbo's SCAB. I got tired of things breaking so often that I put this in my game and it works wonders! The best part is that you can specify yourself how frequently you would like to see things break down if at all. It's such an elegant little mod I can't praise it enough. Rest in peace Scumbumbo, your legacy lives on in our games. <3
