[ARCHIVED] Appliances break very easily

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 197621020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything but the get together, city living, get famous, snow expansion packs, werewolves game pack, luxury party, romantic garden and Moschino stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The sinks in the kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms I have installed will break after a couple of uses. The dishwasher breaks down, but it seems not as often as before the recent update. My dryers in my games are breaking down easily as well, the washers not as much but they too break down.
What happens when the bug occurs? Water sprays everywhere from the sinks and dishwashers, smoke comes from the dryers.
What do you expect to see? Less breakage when items are being used to do laundry, washing hands or doing dishes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This happens to me on more than one of my sim's families not just the one that I have attached.
