[ARCHIVED] Become invisible after a space travel (Rocket)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? Français
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Extension (4) : Chiens and Chats - Vie Citadine - Vivre Ensemble - Au Travail Game Packs 🏈 : Détente au SPA - Destination Nature Stuff Packs ⚽ : Objets comme au Cinema + Fêtes de fin d'année
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I build the 5000 $ rocket and i explore the space.
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sims become invisible starting when he / she get out from the Rocket. [I tested with 3 different SIMS] - He / She will reappear after a few time (24h in Sim's watch)
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the Sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    This only happens occasionally, but it is a nuisance.

    After Exploring Space in a rocket ship, and going at Ultra Speed to get through it quickly, my sim will sometimes become invisible after they leave the rocket. This can fixed by selecting Manage Worlds.

    I have no custom content, the Get to Work and Get Together expansion packs, and run the game in Windows 10 Home 64 bit.

    Did you try have them take a shower ?

    How long has this been going on ?

    This has been happening on-and-off since I purchased the game a month ago. It's more likely to happen when multiple sims are on the lot, and I Woohoo in the rocket. 

    I will try to shower and take a bath.

    I will also attempt to get a better video of the bug.

    Do you know what graphics card you have ? Do you have any other invisibility issues ?

    I run the game on an Intel HD integrated graphics card, which is a low end card.

    I do not have any other invisibility issues.

    Something else I should note is that the rocket has all of its upgrades.

    Is the chip above minimum requirements ?

    I'm going to see if I can duplicate but I might not be as I have a dedicated card.

    You're likely right about this being an issue with my hardware. From what I can tell, my processor and graphics card are below the system requirements.

    Thank you for the help. If you're unable to replicate the issue, we could assume that this is indeed what is causing the bug.

    I'm not able to replicate so if your computer is below specs, I doubt it's something they are likely going to fix, especially since you can easily fix it.

    I'm going to change the tag to Feedback to see if there's more users with this issue.

    Hi. My Sims frequently return from space invisible when their icon shows that they should be wearing their spacesuits. Please let me know if there is any further information I can provide.
