[ARCHIVED] Can't play chess with active Time Limited Events

I have just discovered this bug as well.

Gallery lot placed in Newcrest.

NO active Reaper Event

ACTIVE holiday event (the brand new one that just started today, 12/03/2024)

NO CC

Game version PC: 1.111.102.1030

All EPs installed EXCEPT Life & Death, Lovestruck, For Rent, and Horse Ranch. No Werewolves either.

Mods: 

From Nexus (installed using Vortex):

  • The Sims 4 Community Library
  • Mod Settings Menu
  • A.I. Upscaled Foods
  • Censor Remover

From 20th Century Plumbob:

  • Newcrest Map Replacement

This is a brand new save after a fresh install of TS4.

I'm also having this issue. I can't play chess at the high school, and I have an active quest (the second week of the Christmas event). I don't have any mods.
