Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.88.213.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? dogs and cats
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? adoption person died while in the adoption event and now i cant adopt or sell anything and there is a permanent crate in my house
What do you expect to see? stuck crate and adoption stuff locked
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@KingTheCoon Were you able to get out of the event ? Do you now not have the option anymore ? A new one should spawn when one dies but you would need to be able to get out of the event.

    @crinrict I wasn't able to get out of the event, how could I? And there wasn't a new person that spawned, I was trying to sell some kittens when this happened.
