Someone on the sims team needs to fix this! Please. I’ve done EVERYTHING!! I have read all the forum posts and tried every piece of advice. I’ve tried repairing the game and clearing the cache and nothing helps. It seems like there is something in game preventing sims from giving a 5 star review thus preventing the star rating from going higher than 4. I do all the things that are suggested and get a 4 star review. I just regularly treat the pets and I still get a 4 star review. I’ve treated soooo many pets!!! It seems like this has been an issue forever. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. I’ve spent way too many hours on this and my super sim won’t be able to check this one off her list. Thanks!
