Apparently this is a bug that has been around for quite some time. Even if i'm doing everything right, and the clients have all the positive remarks about the clinic - great ambiance, quick service, good with pets, great trip to the clinic, great price, pets were calm - it doesn't seem that i can get any 5 star reviews.

This bug is still in the game. Clients' star ratings are always 3. Can't go up or down..
