Are saved files still needed? All 3 festival areas in my legacy game are trashed, coffee cups, drink cups, cupcakes, festival food plates, fireworks/spinners, piles of trash, even harvestable fruits & flowers are suspended in midair. All non-interactable. I play on PC, no mods or CC.
Same here, although I noticed some of the trash seem to disappear on its own, not sure if by staying on the area or what, nevertheless the place is slightly worse than if a hundred toddlers were left there unsupervised. Also, not sure if it's related, but since the last patch I can't seem to visit any other apartment, when I do, the door for that specific apartment is missing, hence can't "knock on door", odd.
