My game San Myshuno's street is littered with foods that townies bought from vendors and I can't remove them in anyway!
Also experiencing this and a few other bugs on PS4 with city living.
Townies appear out of thin air in my sims apartment after they return from work, they don't even walk in they just pop into existence somewhere inside, can't interact with any of them causing my game act weird, a black screen in live mode but all the sims UI is still visable.
World items appearing in household inventory upon returning from work (basketball hoop, wishing fountain, two benches, a vendor stall and lantern lights that are around the town) all objects have no text descriptions or value, also causing a black screen with visable UI but no crash, game freezes for about fifteen minutes then resumes and the Townies just leave.
This pack is a just broken in general, I don't go near it now after all this.

I can't figure out how to post without replying, but here is my save that is experiencing this error. Going to the gym in San Myshuno should showcase it. save file I use mods and CC, and the file is on the current latest version.
The plants from spice festival never go away. I loaded a old save before the july updates since the save i after had after the update in july rugs and dishes never went away.
