(No mods installed)

Having the same issue. On my save to activate the bug you just simply have to visit the Karaoke Bar.

Restarting the game won't fix it but by traveling to another world and then back to San Myshuno the items will disappear until i visit the Karaoke bar again.

Can provide save file if needed.
