Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I found the bug after leaving a unit in the Chic Street apartments and walking around the neighborhood.
What happens when the bug occurs? The streets are filled with coffee cups and food bought from the vendors. NPC's do not finish eating/drinking and instead of putting it in the trash, they leave it on the ground.
What do you expect to see? I expect for NPC's to finish their food and throw it in the trash, and streets to be clean.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
