I have the same issue. The most frustrating part is that all objects in the spaces between lots that were collectible are no longer interactable — I cannot click on them. Additionally, I cannot click on some food items on the streets either, so I can't remove them with cheats. This issue is happening not only in San Myshuno but also in Newcrest, even though I just started a new save recently
