[ARCHIVED] [CL] [DU] San Myshuno/Brichester full of Litter/Bikes

@Fanstar123 Kind of. I play in Briny Tower, which is originally one of the Foxbury dorms, but I turned it into a regular residential lot (I don't remember if that lot is considered a penthouse in that case), probably around two years ago. I only noticed the Britechester festivals (such as the spirit day, Bot Savants contest etc) being triggered by playing in Briny Tower, I didn't notice these bikes and stuff until i played in Maritime Manor, which is also a regular residential lot in my game and has been for probably two years. Maybe it was triggered when I played in Briny Tower, but I just didn't notice it, or maybe Maritime Manor somehow still has some dorm functionality.
