Hello.

Is anyone still seeing this issue (with unmodded saves)? 

If so, we'd like to see videos of what you're seeing, as well as affected save files.

Just chiming in to say that I am also experiencing this bug in 18 Culpepper House in San Myshuno as of 21 Feb 2024. My game is up to date and unmodded.
