[CL] Sims can't sleep and apartment neighbors continue making noise

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ?

I've tried this with and without mods and it still happens either way.

Please make sure to send your save to EA as asked in that first thread.

Sorry for the belated reply again, but here is a link to the save file. And yes, my issue is both of these actually. Also, something that I forgot to put in my original post, this happens to every save (including new and old ones) when I try to play in apartments.

Same, I tell my Sim to "Pound on Door", neighbor goes out, "Complain Angrily About Noise" then neighbor says they'll stop. But noise does not stop, my household unable to sleep at all. No option to Knock on Door anymore. Ended up just evicting the neighbor from Manage Household. Sigh.

Yeah, after my sims complain about the noise, their neighbors will either continue making noise or stop, but either way they can't sleep. Usually if they stop making noise, your sims can go back to sleep, but recently it hasn't been doing that. And what's worse is that apartment neighbors make noise every night or every other night most of the time so my sims are sleep deprived most of the time or have weird sleep schedules. I would move to another lot, but I don't like living on a residential lot because I'll have to build/renovate the house my sims live in.

This is currently happening in my game.

Neighbour is noisy, bang on door, noise supposed to stop, option to sleep still greyed out. Only way to rectify the problem is to travel to a different lot. The neighbours also appear to be noisy EVERY NIGHT.

I am running the most upto date version of Sims4, the EA App, UI Cheats, MCCC, and MC WooHoo. No other mods or CC in game.
