[ARCHIVED] [DO] Dishes not being cleaned/disposed of

In the diner, so far, Sim will now put the dishes into the dish rack. There were very few times when waiters will still stack them and put them on the table near the restroom, which is understandable because they have to attend other customers. My Sim however will now dispose dirty dishes properly (before, Sim would just pile up the dishes and put em somewhere).
