How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.112.1030 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EPs, GPs, SPs, and a handful of kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel to an owned restaurant lot via either world map or using owned business panel in sim's panels
What happens when the bug occurs? I am taken to a loading screen and then met with a pop up reading: 'The game failed to load. Error Code: 123:20ece5dd:23121b4b. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.' I am then redirected to the manage worlds screen and this occurs every time no matter the sim I attempt it with. I even bought another business on another lot and this still occurs.
What do you expect to see? A loading screen and to then load in on the correct lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I can access the lot/s in manage worlds but only in Build/Buy mode.
I have no placemat drawings that I know of, I even deleted all the dining spots in the restaurant but it still didn't work.
Hi @crinrict, I'm not sure if it's the best place to share this information, but I'm an author of "No more placemats - no more broken restaurants" mod and it was deleted from MTS recently. I've uploaded it on Nexusmods and it's up and available to download. I remember I've seen somewhere this mod was listed in the recommended community bug fixes, could you update the link please? Thank you for your work!
