What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs. Kits: Fashion Street, Carnaval Streetwear, Moonlight Chic, Desert Luxe
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim use the "Bicycle... Bicycle!" bike from Discover University.
What happens when the bug occurs? The pedals are broken. (See pictures below)
What do you expect to see? Pedals not being broken.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've tried with several different sims, and I've tried the bikes from Discover University, Cottage Living, and Growing Together. It seems like only the Discover University bike has broken pedals.
