@MatthewWaller indeed, this is annoying and still happening all the time. Doesn't make difference what even it is, it does it to every event!

Same here. Trying to do the aspiration for it but rent will probably end up at 10 simoleans eventually with the ratings going down all the time. this looks like it has been happening since the life and death update so they really need to fix it soon. also  all the townies are getting killed off by stupid things like dyeing of embarrassment won't be any left soon.

    I did notice that if you send an maintenance man the ratings go up and not down, unfortunately this costs more than the rent you get back. So far in the first week of owning the building I have had to replace 2 4000 simolean cookers for a rent return of 3650 simoleans it just doesn't make sense.
