Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to do a maintenance event
What happens when the bug occurs? When you fix the issue with the maintenance event it says nothing was done
What do you expect to see? It fixed
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to do a maintenance event for a tenant
What happens when the bug occurs? You go to fix the event as soon as it happens and instead of it being completed it says nothing was done and the rating goes down or the tenant breaks their lease
What do you expect to see? For it to be fixed or compensation
