I only just bought the game and my game is doing this too, makes the expansion unplayable. How is this still happening and the expansion being sold months later???

    I have the same issue. Tried repair tenant issue,but I have  message '' nothing was done'' and as a result the rating goes down. Sometimes I can't solve the tenant's problem,because the objects are not working. for example - the trash can is overflowing and cannot be emptied. in the ''haunting'' event I couldn't ''talk to the ghost'', the interaction doesn't work.
