[ARCHIVED] [FR] Every tenant event successfully resolved is instead a failure

This is happening to me too and it is making the owning properties aspect of the game not worth playing. At first, I thought I wasn't getting to the repairs in time, so I made my sim increase her handiness skill to 9 to make sure she repaired things quickly, but I still got the failure notification. Other times, I paid to replace everything instead of repairing, still got the failure notification. Each instance of this happening, the timer never expired. I really wish they would fix this as there is basically no point in playing my landlord sim family. I sunk so much time into making a rental property with 4 small houses, so this is really disappointing. If I knew this would happen, I might not have bought this pack ☹️ At least I got in on sale...
