I ended up having to sell and rebuy a mailbox each time I wanted to ship on Plopsy/Trendi. I don't know if the mailbox type mattered but I stuck with the Rural Cluster Mailbox. I was also the property owner so I don't know if this affects tenants or not. It's a pretty easy work around so I hope it helps others too.
After putting my mods back I decided to test something. I have the SimRealist RE mod installed and with it I have other properties. So when I went to visit one of the other properties I was able to able to sell my stuff on that property.
I believe this bug is closely linked to the Retail Bug where you can't sell anything if you own a retail lot and you live in a residential rental. Not sure if that has also been posted but I saw some people talking about it.
Ah. I see. So basically the reason why it's not working is because you can't use the mailboxes in the shared space? If you put the mailbox in your unit it should work?
