Confirming with my own screenshot that this is happening in my game as well. (No mods installed. Repairing game didn't work). This is happening on a premade EA lot in Tomarang (rent was initially listed at about $65-70/day)

    Yes. No mods. Repairing also did not work.

    Yes no mods, as @kadasein said, the first week the rent was pretty low and the second week... well it exploded ;-;
