What happens when the bug occurs? No matter how expensive the rental residential unit should be, it costs 4 million simoleons per day ☹️
What do you expect to see? Rent should be the amount estimated in build mode, not 4 million plus a day for a starter apartment.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My rental unit's daily rent was set to the maximum 32-bit integer value of 4,294,967,296 simoleons when trying to rent from the world vie, and not even on my rental unit list when trying to rent it out as a landlord.The other unit on that lot was set to rent at -1 simoleons when going to rent it as the landlord.
Clean mods folder, and I have all expansions, stuff packs, game packs, and kits minus the CAS kits. Playing on PC.
Yes bunny being unable to play without seeing furniture and just interacting with Tendencies is not a good package
