[ARCHIVED] [FR] Impossibly High/negative Rent (Max Int/-1)

Currently the saver way to fix this issue seems to be to save the lot to the gallery/library then bulldoze the lot (both terrain and house) and replace.

Switching can lead to a whole lot of other issues.

I never had the $4million rent bug, until AFTER EA fixed it! Now every rental in my save file is $4million rent. I've tried bulldozing and replacing, but when I load back in they are $4mil again. So frustrating! I'll keep trying work-arounds, but clearly the bug was NOT fixed!
