Anyone still seeing this NEWLY after the patch ?
If you had it from before, try the workaround posted: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FEEDBACK-NEEDED-FR-Impossibly-High-negative-Rent-Max-Int-1/m-p/13315367#M264611
@crinrict
The workaround is a bad solution to the problem. I'm playing with a 4th generation sim, if I mark my household as 'unplayed' I lose 8 completed collections.
If I move my household to a different, residential, lot, the 3000000000+ rent is following them. I'm playing without mods and I've tried all the suggestions mentioned in this thread, nothing fixes the problem.
This is so sh*t! It has ruined the game I've been playing with for over a year, I can't believe this is happening.
edit: also, the lot I had my rental on is competely broken. I've tried changing it to residential and to bar and to a community center, but when I click on the lot in manage world, it says "units & tenands". It won't change, no matter what I try. I'm so pissed.

Even with the pack uninstalled the rent is not getting back to normal.
I'm unable to do anything with my household because the electricity is shut off.
The pack is not installed, what the hack is wrong with this game!
