@crinrict It worked!
For anyone else having this same issue with an exorbitant amount in bills that can never be paid, here is your work around:
- Select your household and choose "unplayed"
- Evict that household
- I chose to save and exit the game, then reloaded (not sure if this makes a difference or not)
- Move your household back into a lot and voila! Bills return to normal

@aminaorah This only seems like a workaround that you can use if you have a household living on the lot.
I've started building a lot from scratch, set it to residential rental, and it has millions on the rent for every unit. Despite the fact that nobody is living there and never has.
I never experienced this issue until after the patch. It's extremely frustrating.
