I've got rent in the $4 billions on starter apartments, on working properties I've only received rent from tenants a few times, rule breaking tenants never pay fines, tenants regularly revolt despite immaculate conditions and high friendship levels, and tenants able to wander into landlord's unit and use their stuff despite changing door settings to locked. This is a pretty much unusable pack right now, I'm frustrated at the lack of thought surrounding the negative tenant events particularly, they seem randomly generated rather than following any rhyme or reason. It's not fair that revolts happen in spite of being a good landlord, it takes away any incentive to be a good landlord once you realise your effort isn't going to be rewarded.
All in all, this is one of the most broken packs I've seen put out. Considering how popular the concept for this pack was with simmers, it feels like we've been given a half broken product so that they can put out something in time for Christmas. EA gonna EA I suppose.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown.
What happens when the bug occurs? On one of my Residential Rental lots, 2 of the 4 units will not allow me to change the rental agreement. It's stuck at -1 simolians with a 7 day lease; when looking via the map it shows as over 4bn simolians. The main lot name also will not change no matter how many times I try.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to change the amounts and save them successfully.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
While completing this form it has fixed itself (had to go to the main menu to see the version number and when I went back for a screenshot it had fixed) but the issue has been recurrent for the last week or 2. See screenshot from the first occurrence.
