I've had this issue too where since the last patch went through I haven't been able to create more than one unit on a lot even when I've clearly designated them as units and not shared spaces, and then they list at some absolutely ridiculous number for rent (think over 400 million simoleons). I'm actually kind of pissed off about it, I had made several units before the last patch that worked perfectly, had pre-ordered because I was so excited to be a landlord that offered luxury accommodation for affordable rent to live out my everyone-gets-housing fantasies, and now it's a trash add-on because it can't even do what it was designed to do. Yay, late stage capitalism.
