Same issue for me too ☹️ I've tried a few workarounds like switching the lot type to residential and back again, or bulldozing the lot and replacing it again from my library, but nothing really seems to work. Bulldozing the lot just seemed to change which unit on the lot had the 4 billion daily rent! I hope this bug can be worked on soon because I really like the pack but it's not really playable right now. ☹️
