@ehlohehlee As a workaround, try setting the the lot back to residential than back to rental residential.

@crinrictI just bought For Rent. I’m building a cheap/starter rental units. In the same building, some the units are $1 and some are 4billion. Has there been a fix for this? ThanksI've just bought it in the recent sale. I didn't realise this issue was still a thing!
Guess I'll work on other non-For Rent builds while they figure out what to do about it...

I don't think I've had this glitch before but after the most recent update, I built apartments on a penthouse lot in San Muyshuno. 5 of 6 units have the rents listed as over 4 million simoleons. Only one is a normal rent amount.
ETA: I saved, quit and when I entered the game again, the rents were all normal amounts.

So.... is there any update on this? Doesn't seem to be fixed yet as I just added a new apartment lot from the gallery and same issue. I tried saving as residential and then switching it back (annoying because you have to remap all the units), and I also uploaded to my gallery, bulldozed the lot and terrain and replaced it. Same issue. One unit is reasonable rent, the others are all 4.2 billion.
Sigh...
I had high hopes for my college grads but that may be asking too much.
