How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.112.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EPs, GPs without Vampires, Werewolves, Jungle Adventure, Journey to Batuu, SPs without Crystal Creations, Home Chef Hustle, Paranormal, Fitness, Vintage Glamour, Perfect Patio and Luxury Party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move into a residential rental as a tenant and wait for rent and bills and check rent amount charged against unit rent given when you move into the lot
What happens when the bug occurs? I'm either only charged bills and no rent or charged rent that is clearly too low, e.g. under 100 simoleons when the rent per day is 300.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be charged 7x the daily rent at the end of a week.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've played through about a week and a half to test this without mods and have not been charged any rent. I moved in on a Thursday and waited through two Mondays since I wasn't sure when rent would be charged the first time but after a week and a half I should definitely have had to pay rent (I didn't pay the bills either but those seem to work at least).

The tenant grace period also doesn't work, but I've only ever seen that work once. The rent used to work semi consistently, but has been way too low for a few months now. It varies from no rent at all to about two days worth of rent per week and there doesn't seem to be a difference between moving a household through the world menu or in game or whether I've just started a save or have been playing in it for a while.
