[ARCHIVED] [FR] Rent and Furnishings Listed as 0

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.84
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move a Household in from Manage Households, I guess.
What happens when the bug occurs? Rent for Unit listed as 0 per day. Furnishings value listed as 0
What do you expect to see? Rent showing as what I set as the Landlord
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I didn't care for the list of renter options from "Fill Vacancy" so I decided to try moving in a Household from the "Not in World" (Homeless Bin) listings. All 3 unoccupied units in my build came up as 0 rent per day, even though I have them set to 500 (all 5-star units with rent cap 655). They're all fully furnished and Furnishings value says 0 as well, but is in red, usually indicating "you can't afford this". I don't even know what to do with this, whether my Landlord Sim will get her expected rent or not if I move them in.

Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted tag to fit the naming conventions.

@crinrict - It was newly built from an empty lot in Tomarang. I was trying to move in the first tenant. The other pre-built lots were showing normal on the move-in screen and mine was also showing normal on the world view but not when attempting to move someone in. It has corrected itself since, several hours later, but if it happened once, it could happen again. I'm not sure what affect it would have if I move someone in when the rent is showing as 0.

@iamsweetmystery I was able to duplicate it when moving in someone from the household manager into a lot where I had evicted someone through the map but on a fresh save it was fine.

@crinrict - Might be one of those random hit-or-miss bugs, but at least you were able to duplicate it. This wasn't a fresh save in my case, but the landowner Sim, the building and the World were all brand new. It did stop on its own, but it might be something that comes and goes unpredictably. Too soon to tell exactly what's going on.

@crinrict - Not sure how it could be connected, since everything is brand new, but perhaps something in the glitched code could have bled over into rentals. The building is in the new world, Tomarang. A new building built from the ground up on an empty lot. A newly created character made after the pack released. I can't fathom what could connect them, but I'm no programmer by any stretch of the imagination.
