[ARCHIVED] [FR] Rent is 0 simoleons (Patch 1.110.294)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.294.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL except Life and Death
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Moving in to an apartment and then trying to see the rent when you press the mailbox, then it says 0 simoleons even when I play a week and bills are due it STILL says 0 simoleons. Been that way since July, makes the game unplayable...
What happens when the bug occurs? It just says 0 simoleons no crashes or anything. But it is like this in all apartments across the worlds.
What do you expect to see? I expect there to be a number like 400 simoleons owed, NOT 0 simoleons. I expect there to be the number that the game says the apartment cost!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I just know it happend around a patch in July.

After I installed For Rent back in July around a patch update, then whenever my sims live in an apartment the rent is 0. I have played one week in game and when the bill arrives it is still 0, I only need to pay for water and electricity. I tried living in the new world but also City livings world in that apartment and it is still 0. I tried reparing the game and nothing, removed ALL mods and deleted localthumbcache. Then I deleted Sims 4 and installed it again, STILL 0 simoleons in rent. 
Also landlords get 0 in rent when the week is up, probably related. 

I have written to the sims custemor service multiple times and wrote another post about it, but it was marked as solved even when it hasn't been solved.

Lots of people have this issue, and nothing is happening it's getting ridiculous.
