Exactly, it's so frustrating!
Has anyone else now got an issue where all of their game packs are installed on the ea app but when loading the game it’s saying none of your expansion packs are installed? Only the base game? This is beyond a joke now, the expansion has now totally ruined the entire game.
Hi all, I opened chat up on ea to report all my issues. EA are saying that no one has reported these bugs to them yet via the chat (not sure if I believe) but if you haven’t already please contact them directly via the chat to help speed the process of fix up! Many thanks 🙂
My tenants were only added via the UI. The first payment was received but after that 3 out of 5 tenants are up for eviction. I really don't want to evict them because I like the dynamics on the lot.
The whole point of these forums though is to report bugs and other issues so they can be deal with. When there were problems with the horse ranch extension pack they were reported here and EA tried to fix them. So it shouldn't be necessary to use the chat, as far as I know.
I had the same problem. If you go into the EA app and right click on sims it will say something about repairing the game. Click that
