[ARCHIVED] Game Is Spamming Autonomous Dance Actions

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City living, cottage living, high school years, snowy escape, seasons, eco lifestyle, discover university, growing together, get together, cats and dogs, dream home decorator, parenthood, my first pet stuff, backyard stuff, tiny living, laundry day stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Having a radio playing near said sim. It happens randomly but always when a radio is nearby and playing.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will start spamming the task bar with “dance” interactions.
What do you expect to see? None of this, since I didn’t even interact with the radio in the first place.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This bug has been around for MONTHS for me. It is extremely frustrating and makes the game unplayable. I come back every once in a while to see if my game is playable again and it’s not. Over the past few months I’ve also observed many more people getting this bug with no way to fix it. I’m not sure what causes it other than a ACTIVE radio playing some sort of music. My sim will override whatever they are doing and absolutely fill the task bar with “dance” unless I pause or stop it. I've spent so much money on this game and am very disappointed that I can no longer play this game due to this bug. Things I’ve already tried include: Removing the mods folder, reinstalling, uninstalling certain dlcs/ content, verifying files, and full wiping my pc.
