Game Is Spamming Autonomous Dance Actions

I made a post originally about this over 2 years ago now. I've had the issue consistently thought-out each time I've decided to try the game again. I've seen gotten a new pc and tried again. Same issue. I was hoping this would get fixed. I've spend hundreds of dollars on this games packs and I can't even play it. And with sims 5 being out the window now, its even more disappointing.

I just started having this issue.  Since it started happening right as I was hosting a house party for the Admired Icon aspiration, I have not yet tried any of my usual troubleshooting methods. However, I did turn off all the radios in the house, even the ones they weren't dancing to, and then turned them back on, and it seems to have fixed the problem.

Started for me too, I got rid of all my mods and deleted the localthumbcache file - didn't fix. I can deal with it by never having music playing but kinda sucks cause i like music lol

Dancing actions don’t stop popping up on the left in the action corner. 

I have had this bug going on for 2 years now. Every save, every sim. It's unplayable. I have made reports about this bug before on the forums, that have since been archived. I've sent save files in for the team before. I've reinstalled, tried with and without mods, verifying files, switching certain dlc on and off, I even got a new computer and the very first game I tried on the fresh system was the sims and had the same issue. Like I said this has made the game unplayable for me for years now. Every single time I bring this issue to attention again it always ends in no response or a dead end leading to no fix or further pursue to fix it. I see more and more players encountering this issue day by day. I just want to be able to play the game again. Thanks.

yesterday when i played, a npc came over and started the music at my sims home. Emidiately every sim who was in the same room as the music got automatically pop ups-actions that they were going to dance. And the pop ups kept coming, multible, like hundereds taking up the whole queue and more. I couldn´t order my sims to do anything else because of these actions talking up, you know when you have too many things to do in the queue. 
As soon as one other of my sims could turn it off from another room, the pop-up actions stopped. Weirdest **bleep** ever.

I have a werewolf family and sometimes they will spam the beast boogie action over and over and I have to reset them to get them to stop.
