I don't remember exactly which one but I chose it from the options they have on the CAS screen.

@crazycatlady422 Is it a dark skin tone ? Is the Sim male or female ?

It's a medium skin tone from the Neutral palette. And the sim is a male.

I have had this issue with Sims using the new skin tones but when I go to full CAS edit and change their skin tones to one in the top two lines, which might be the old default skin tones, hair and makeup at Plumbob Studios works as it should.
