[ARCHIVED] [GF] Premade sims don't have any fame level

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? EPs: Get To Work, Get Together, City Living, Get Famous, Discover University, Eco Lifestyle. GPs: Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Vampires, Strangerville, Realm Of Magic. SPs: Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen, Romantic Garden, Backyard, Vintage Glamour, Laundry Day, My First Pet, Moschino, Tiny Living, Paranormal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Create a new save file 2) Check the sims' that live in Del Sol Valley, like Judith Ward or Vanessa fame level
What happens when the bug occurs? Those sims are unknown even though they're supposed to have a fame level by default
What do you expect to see? Those sims should have a fame level as they're supposed to
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It occured after some patch, likely after the For Rent patch, but I'm not sure

I've not seen anyone else report this bug. Tell me if you're experiencing this too

    @crinrict I realize now that I had not attempted to create a save game where the setting of opting in/out was changed - this appears to help! I created a new save game now after having changed the settings and now I can see fame levels again. it unfortunately does not seem to help for my already existing save files (from before I changed the setting) but it's something at least. Thanks for the help!

    I see the same issue on the PS4 version of the game. Premade celebrity do not show any fame level.

    PS4, no mods, I also have this issue.

    I started all my recent save files now with fame opt-in only since Lovestruck and noticed this happening now, unsure if it's new. The paparazzi will still follow Judith around and act like she's famous and she has the fame shine but if you hover over her or Orange Bailey-Moon or other celeb npcs there's no listed fame level under their names.

    I then yesterday went to edit Judith's appearance. I had not ever played her before. When I opened her household in her mansion she had the 'embarrassed: poser' moodlet bc she was in a celebrity home (her own house) but 'not a celebrity'. When I checked she had her default celeb quirks still active and had an emotion bomb anger tantrum, but her fame gauge was locked and entirely empty, and it said "staying out of the spotlight". She was not a celebrity at all suddenly. 

    This was the first time I had ever touched her household.

    I did get the fame back. You have to create a new game with the option unchecked to opt out of fame. If its turned on the Celebrity sims don't have fame like they should and unchecking the option doesn't fix it unless you start a whole new world.

    I have same problem on Xbox ,if I opted out of fame from the neighborhood settings none of the celebrity's show as celebrities , they used to before the love struck pack came out ,it only should opted all  that don't have celebrity points out of fame and not touch ones that already have fame points , have to uncheck it for it to show them and opted your own household out of fame from in game to solve it
