[GRO] CAS Married Couples have First Woohoo milestone unlocked

On multiple save files I have noticed that engaged or married couples created in CAS have their "First Woohoo" milestone unlocked upon creation. I removed mods/CC for testing and received the same result.

I am still experiencing this bug as of today, in a fresh save with fresh Sims.
I tested three married couples: two male Sims, two female Sims, and one male/female Sim pair. Each couple had the "First WooHoo" milestone with their respective partner, as well as the "Fell in Love" and "Got Married" which make sense I suppose, but "First WooHoo" should not be tied to Sims being married.

I agree, this only makes sense if the married couple have children/grandchildren.
