What happens when the bug occurs? My infant has the action that it’s gaining a milestone, but it’s never actually earned and isn’t saved in their milestones or even pop up in notifications. The infant had several notifications that were deleted after I created and moved another household into the neighborhood to interact with this household, I can’t get milestones back for the infant since. What do you expect to see? The infant to actually acquire their milestones. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? is it setting up I had that issue you have to get the sim to get left head before the milestone will work

Has your infant achieved any of the milestones yet? What are you doing with the infant when the milestone action triggers?

Or have your milestones reset and now you can't get them?

The infant has received the lift head milestone, before and past the issue.. it’s the only milestone they’ve achieved since the problem began.. I think it’s because I made a household in their gameplay to interact.

They’ve achieved several milestones which were deleted.. and now they can’t gain any.. they’ll get the gameplay correlated activity that the baby is achieving a milestone, and all the jazz of completing a milestone happens around the baby.. and then nothing, no notification, no milestone… nada..

@Kelloggs0327 Did you try resetting the infant or moving out and back in ? Did you test other infants ?

the suggested movement milestone for the infant try doing that one and see if it gets unstuck that's what helped me I think it does not count as a milestone to the game because there not suppose to be able to do what ever it is yet

I’m having this issue as well. My infant will not achieve milestones no matter what I do. Infants in another save lost all their milestones when they left the lot (jogging with dad) and now cannot regain them. Resetting the infant does nothing.

@SafireStargazer Did you always play the first infant or did you play another Sim while they turned into an infant ?

FIX:
I've just had this exact problem and managed to fix it.
First go to manage worlds and evict you household. (This leaves their house the way it is.)
Then move them into an empty lot and use the phone interaction to move them back into their house.
I've just done this, done tummy time and my infant got 2 new milestones. So hope it helps 🙂
